The whole service is built around post — we send the box to you, you send it back when you're done, and your footage arrives digitally. No collections, no courier windows, no chasing someone to pick up gear from the venue at midnight.

Before your event

Once your booking is confirmed, we prep the box — charge the camcorders, load memory cards, pack batteries and the filming guide — and post it to your UK address. We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event so there's buffer for postage and any last-minute changes.

Your dispatch and tracking details show up in your account once the box is on its way. If your event is soon and you're not sure we can get it to you in time, contact us before booking and we'll be straight with you.

On the day

Hand the cameras round, let people film, then gather everything back into the box — camcorders, batteries, memory cards, and any accessories. The one-page guide in the box covers the basics. You don't need to format cards or charge anything for the return journey.

Posting it back

Use the prepaid return label included in the box. Drop it at any UK post office or parcel drop-off point. The sooner we receive it, the sooner your footage is ready — turnaround starts when the box lands with us, not when your event ends.

Keep the packaging intact if you can. If something's damaged or missing, tell us when you post it back so we know what to expect.

Getting your footage

All raw clips are uploaded to your account within 72 hours of us receiving the box. Add Rush at checkout and that drops to 48 hours. Optional Edit films arrive separately once they've been cut.
